Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and QIDP-qualified Program Manager to provide oversight and leadership to our established interdisciplinary clinical team. This team includes a Case Manager, Residential Manager, Day Program Manager, and Registered Nurse.
This key leadership role ensures full programmatic and clinical compliance with all DRC and state regulatory requirements across both Supported Living Arrangement (SLA/ISLA) and Jobs and Day Training (JDT) services. The Program Manager will serve as the operational and clinical anchor for the team—working collaboratively to ensure individuals receive exceptional care and support while maintaining organizational integrity and fiscal responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day oversight of the clinical team, ensuring seamless coordination across residential, day, and case management services.
- Ensure compliance with all DRC and Nevada state standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise team members, offering guidance, accountability, and professional development support.
- Collaborate on budgetary oversight and operational efficiency to ensure financially sound service delivery.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and program-level operations.
- Actively troubleshoot with the team to resolve concerns related to compliance, care delivery, or operations.
- Participate in or facilitate Person-Centered Planning (PCP) meetings when needed.
- Serve as a backup for shift coverage only when absolutely necessary, as a last resort, ensuring continuity of care.
Qualifications:
- Must meet QIDP (Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional) criteria.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in developmental disability services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or program management role.
- Strong knowledge of DRC regulations and service delivery under SLA/ISLA and JDT models.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Flexible and willing to step in where needed, with a strong sense of accountability and team spirit.
