Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Primary Accountabilities:
The primary purpose of the Maintenance Supervisor is to lead and optimize the efforts of the
Maintenance crews in achieving Company's priorities of Safety, People, Quality, Customer Service and Cost Management.
Accountabilities:
Safety
• Establish safety as top priority.
• Perform safety monitoring of maintenance team, providing feedback.
People
• Lead, coach, and mentor maintenance team to meet or exceed plant and individual objectives.
• Ensure maintenance team is sufficiently trained and provided appropriate resources to
effectively perform assigned tasks.
Quality
• Perform quality monitoring of work performed, provide feedback as needed.
• Ensure work is properly documented within the CMMS.
Customer Service
• Ensure timely completion of all scheduled work order.
• Ensure all production and support equipment is ready for us as scheduled.
Cost Management
• Optimize MRO and plant costs through recommendations for improvement and cost reductions.
• Analyze root cause of failures, breakdowns, and repetitive repairs.
Execute all other tasks as required.
Qualifications:
• In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing environment.
• Understands quality, production, and maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in management or leadership role.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (includes some weekend/holiday responsibilities)
• Excellent PC skills.
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot manufacturing systems.
• Excellent prioritizing, organizing & decision-making skills required.
• Dynamic communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management
& personnel.
• College Degree is strongly preferred with emphasis in Management and/or Engineering.
• Proven safety record.
• Must be self-motivated, positive, have a high degree of integrity, dependability & participate as
a team member to achieve common goals with sense of urgency.
• Should have strong math and problem-solving skills.

• Organizational Skills: needs to understand the manufacturing operation and processes.
• Communication Skills: ability to communicate effectively with all team personnel: Quality
Assurance, Maintenance, Warehouse, Supervisor, and Shift Manager (written and verbal).
• Operational Knowledge: thorough knowledge of all aspects of the line processes and good
knowledge of basic manufacturing operational theory and procedure (practice).
• Excellent Mathematical Competence: to understand and be able to communicate performance
information to team members and Supervisor/Manager. (First Time Quality, Efficiency, PM
Completion Rates, Etc.)
• Understanding of safety principles and enforce safety standards
• Understanding of GMP, HACCP, Safe Quality Food Principles, Food Defense Principles, and
Management Systems.
• Understand and apply standard operating procedures.
• Understand and troubleshoot issues.
• Understand theory of operation of manufacturing equipment.
• Competent in the use of the tools necessary for changeovers, setups, and adjustments.
• Understand, speak, read, and write English.
• Computer literate.
• Extensive experience in a high-speed bottling environment.
