- Account Adjustments: Process account adjustment requests and resolve problem accounts within established timeframes.
- Payment Posting: Post patient and insurance payments, insurance write-offs, charge adjustments, deductibles, copays, and non-covered or denied amounts.
- Balancing: Balance adjustments and payments daily in both Epic and Healthquest.
- Payment Processing: Ensure timely posting of EFT and ACH transactions.
- Financial Reporting: Record non-patient NPR financial revenue with the correct G/L code.
- Compliance: Adhere to established protocols and procedures for account follow-up and resolution.
- Productivity: Meet weekly productivity and quality expectations for assigned tasks.
- Teamwork: Participate in staff meetings and collaborate with team members.
