Pay Rate: $92.15 - $106.33 per hourJob DescriptionThe Infrastructure Project Manager serves as a senior-level Delivery Manager supporting the client’s Continuous Technology Modernization Simplification (CTMS) program across Application, Infrastructure, and AI Enablement workstreams. This role oversees end-to-end planning and execution of modernization initiatives while ensuring alignment with architectural, financial, and operational objectives.This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional technical and business teams, strong governance discipline, and the ability to manage complex, multi-domain transformation efforts. The successful candidate will drive schedules, manage risks and dependencies, coordinate vendors and MSPs, and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders to ensure execution readiness and delivery excellence.Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of modernization initiatives across multiple workstreams
- Drive project schedules, milestones, and delivery timelines
- Facilitate due diligence, design, and solution review sessions
- Manage risks, issues, and interdependencies across initiatives
- Review and approve solution documentation and delivery artifacts
- Coordinate vendors and Managed Service Providers (MSPs), including SOW execution
- Maintain consistent governance, reporting, and delivery practices across CTMS activities
- Communicate status, risks, and opportunities clearly to technical and business stakeholders
- Strong expertise in end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, risk management, and governance
- Proven experience managing multi-domain modernization efforts, such as application rationalization, cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, and platform consolidation
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, product managers, and SMEs
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, translating technical concepts into business-ready language
- Vendor and MSP management experience, including milestone-based performance oversight
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making
- PMP certification
- Agile delivery credentials (PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, Leading SAFe)
- Cloud certifications (AWS and/or Azure)
- Bachelor’s Degree - Required
