About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Programmer/ System Analyst to join our team and support critical workforce development applications. You will play a key role in gathering requirements, conducting analysis, and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct JAD sessions, interviews, and focus groups to gather and document user requirements.
- Business Analysis: Analyze current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop detailed process flows.
- Software Testing: Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and perform various testing activities (e.g., unit, integration, system, and user acceptance testing).
- Agile Methodology: Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Technical Documentation: Create clear and concise technical documentation, including user manuals, system documentation, and training materials.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and project managers.
- Data Analysis: Utilize SQL to analyze data and generate reports.
- System/Business Analysis: Minimum 3 years of experience conducting JAD sessions and requirement gathering.
- Software Testing: Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing methodologies and tools.
- Database Skills: Minimum 1 year of experience with RDBMS and SQL.
- Agile Methodology: Preferred experience in Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Technical Writing: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with SAP BusinessObjects (BO).
- Knowledge of workforce development applications.
