The Dinning Supervisor will assist in the Daily operations of the Silks restaurant and will additionally support the Food and Beverage Operation in other areas as needed. The Supervisor oversees all of the issues pertaining to a guests dining experience, such as quality control, staff management, inventory, health and safety regulations and Customer Service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, fast and helpful customer service, through the consistent practice and delivery of red carpet customer service to all guests and team members.
- Must possess the following strengths; High Energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line.
- Assist the Food and Beverage management team in implementation of training and procedures to increase guests satisfaction and insure proper inventory controls.
- Train new hires in service standards, micros, menu items and all SOPs in place.
- Insure your shift is properly staffed and assign all sections and maintain a floor presence to insure service standards and appropriately address any guest concerns that may arise
- Conduct a daily line up with your team where daily specials, sections, service and uniform standards will be communicated.
- Assit the Food and Beverage management team with all ordering, inventory, function sheets, supply requests and all opening and closing duties.
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail; ability to multi-task
- Must have good supervisory skills, communication skills, and motivational skills.
- Must be skilled in time management
- Must exhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to go out of their way to accommodate the guests and exceed their expectations

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college/technical; or 2 years related experience and/or training; or combination.
- Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual
- Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service
- Must be able to work flexible hours including but not limited to (work days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Proficient in computer skills including POS systems, Word and Excel
- Professional appearance appropriate for a fine dining establishment
