About the Role:
As a Worksite Benefits Consultant, you will work directly with business owners and HR professionals to offer employee benefit solutions that enhance workplace satisfaction, reduce turnover, and protect working families. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping employess understand and enroll in voluntary benefits such as life insurance, supplemental health coverage, and income protection plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized businesses in your territory.
- Conduct on-site or virtual benefit presentations and employee enrollments
- Educate employees about available voluntary benefits tailored to their needs
- Manage your "OWN" schedule and sales pipeline.
