Position: Temp. Associate (Temporary position with possibility of turning into a permanent role after 6-8 months; timing may vary based on performance.)

Office Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 AM -- 5:00 PM, onsite (If offered a permanent position, a hybrid work arrangement is available)
Position Overview
Client Services Associate at GlobeTax, you will be responsible for communicating with clients to facilitate their enrollment and activation of necessary documents needed for Relief at Source or Post payable filing, as well as managing Certification of Residency requests. Additionally, you will handle income data requests and provide support to other departments in addressing client needs and challenges. This person will be working closely with Recovery Services, DCI, and both Relationship Management and Sales teams.
- Gain an understanding working knowledge and requirements of the client enrollment processes
- Creating account opening documents for beneficial owners and Financial Intermediaries
- Onboarding and maintaining client accounts as well as and Financial Intermediaries
- Managing a daily volume of inbound calls and emails while interacting with prospective clients to inform them about our services
- Strengthening and enhancing client relationships and growth by processing requests, resolving inquiries, and ensuring key client information and documentation is up to date
- Validating client information and documents
- Scanning and saving documents, certifications, and claim forms
- Annually renewing documents, Investor listings and certifications
- Entering, tracking, updating, and processing client information onto multiple GlobeTax document portals
- Following up with clients on outstanding documentation
- Becoming knowledgeable of requirements for Certification of Residency requests
- Working closely with the IRS, clients/RM, and Reclaim Services representative in solving issues regarding Certification of Residency requests and client activation documents
- Working with Financial Intermediaries to procure historic income data, set up a system of receiving future income data on an ongoing basis, and improve the quality of existing data
- Maintaining relationships with the Financial Intermediaries to ensure that all data for both new and existing clients is being received in a consistent and timely manner
- Communicating with clients directly and the Sales and Relationship Management Departments regarding the status of data procurement and escalations regarding client activations
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Financial Services preferred
- Bachelor’s degree and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize and manage deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Commitment to providing the highest level of service for client satisfaction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel (VLookups, Pivot tables)
- Experience in customer service
- Highly motivated with excellent analytical skills
- Desire to innovate and improve upon processes
- Ability to maintain professionalism with colleagues and clients
- Language skills are a plus
