We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Telephone Service Representatives (TSRs) . In this role, you will be making outbound calls to set appointments for potential clients to attend a brief, engaging presentation about our affordable travel club and services. There are no sales required —just help us connect with people who are interested in learning more about the vacation opportunities we offer!

Key Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to schedule appointments for clients to attend a presentation about our vacation services.
Set up appointments with potential clients to meet with our Travel Consultants at a time that works for them.
Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional attitude while engaging with prospective clients.
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and ensuring a smooth scheduling process.

Job Requirements :

Must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly and effectively.

Basic computer skills (training provided on all necessary systems).

Outgoing, motivated, and goal-oriented with a friendly and enthusiastic personality.

Reliable and dependable , with a strong work ethic and commitment to success.

Work Schedule :

Choose your hours :

Day Shift : Monday – Friday 8 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM or 8 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM
