An OTC Team needs Field Engineer’s support in creating construction / project bids or proposals. This role will work in Business Development (Pricing and Contracts or Proposals and Quotes) or Operations (Sales Order Management and Invoicing). The role is under OTC group (an end to end function that starts with order gathering and ends with invoicing - no cash or AR transactions covered) and involves advising business development or sales team on quotation details and arrangement, contract terms, reviewing contracts for completeness, collaborating with country resources on contract execution, and maintaining regional price books and databases within SAP.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business development and sales teams to streamline the sales order management process.
- Ensure timely closure of sales opportunities in Salesforce, meeting end of month deadlines.
- Team Lead for Salesforce Reporting and Analytics projects.
- Lead testing efforts for the successful implementation of a new Salesforce instance.
- Partner with developers and project managers to optimize CPQ functionality using Salesforce.
- Performed testing of Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layout, workflows and validation rules.
- Generated and ensured accurate incentive payments in Salesforce and SAP
- Effectively communicate with Finance, Sales Support, Pricing, Compliance and IT teams for timely project deliveries.
