Company Overview: GloryBee is looking for a dynamic and skilled Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our enterprise sales marketing efforts. This individual contributor will work along leadership to develop and marketing and communications initiative to drive engagement, leads and sales. The right candidate will be comfortable working with external vendors and leveraging marketing and creative platforms to deliver tangible data-informed results. A portion (15-20%) of this role will be dedicated assisting Save the Bee, a 501 c3 non-profit founded and supported by GloryBee.

The B2B Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and supporting our B2B marketing activities. This role focuses on building brand awareness, engaging with, and acquiring new industry partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong bias for action, thrive in ambiguity, and be comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. They must be able to operate independently and as part of a team. This is an exciting opportunity to excel in a dynamic setting with abundant prospects for career advancement. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within an enterprise sales environment.
  • Proven experience in email marketing, social media management, and website/digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing lifecycle and lead generation processes.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong creative digital skills in commonly used editing tools such as Photoshop, Canva, email platforms, etc...
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience in event management is a plus.
