Team Member

• Prepare and process vehicles for initial cleaning by driving cargo through the car wash.
• Use PDA to scan, verify, and process vehicles for car washes and use portable scanners to update the location of vehicles after they have been processed.
• Notify supervisor if assigned area needs assistance and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.

• Accurately record daily parts inventory counts in the warehouse, VPC line, and PIO locations.
• Records parts inventory counts in Microsoft Excel on given spreadsheets to send maintain accurate records and relay data to management and suppliers.
• Report parts shortages/issues to the Customer Service & Parts Supervisor for further evaluation
• Use WMS and inventory systems to make proper entries regarding parts receiving, parts transfer, and parts adjustment to make proper entries in order to maintain inventory accuracy
• Use the proper receiving process for inventory counts for incoming shipments into the WMS system.
• Assist in PIO cage when needed
• Ensure brochure inventory maintenance
• Maintain proper inventory levels of all printed brochures and other relevant paper goods, including owner manuals
• Notify the corresponding supplier for additional stack/supplies as needed
• Use PDA to scan, verify, and release vehicles and parts.

• Use portable scanners to update the location of vehicles after they have been processed.
• Scan vehicles to verify and compare Monroney sticker to the VIN plate.
• Inspect vehicles to check for installs, and confirm they are present and closed out
• Ensure all units are staged correctly and are dealer -ready prior to release for shipment.
• Use portable scanners to release each vehicle for shipment in appropriate locations.

• Conduct the movement of vehicles in the yard by means of driving and properly parking vehicles in the assigned parking area while ensuring proper vehicle handling procedures.
• Inspect all vehicles prior to releasing and update vehicle locations to ensure the vehicles are properly parked according to Glovis EV vehicle handling guidelines.
• Ensure vehicles are free of any damage.
• Document any issues found and/or corrected with vehicles in load lines.
• Use PDA to scan, verify, and release vehicles for shipment.

• Meet production needs in a high paced environment.
• Walk long periods of time in various weather conditions in order to meet/exceed daily goals for released vehicles.
• Have a good understanding of daily tasks and perform them in a safe and efficient manner with minimal errors.
• Ensure proper vehicle handling procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• One year’s experience of distribution or warehouse experience, preferably in automotive environment preferred.
• Previous experience using scanners and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Previous experience as a Verifier, Shipping & Receiving Clerk, or similar role in a warehouse setting preferred.
• Must be able to perform basic to moderately difficult mathematical functions involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, averaging, and percentages.
• Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and recognize when and how to effectively collaborate with others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly focused with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Ability to safely use and operate vehicles in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ability to bend, turn, and use peripherals as required to operate equipment safely within company Standard Operator Procedures.
• Able to work in a warehouse environment for up to 8-hour shifts, and any overtime hours if applicable.
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
• Exposure to vehicle fumes such as gas and exhaust.

The estimated base hourly rate for the Team Member (VPC) is $20.10 an hour. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that GLOVIS EA reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.
