We’re hiring a Client Success Manager to join us on-site in our Playa del Rey, CA office.
This is a full-time, in-person role (Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm).

We’re looking for a highly motivated Client Success Manager to serve as a strategic partner to our clients, helping them get the most from their marketing investment. In this role, you’ll lead client relationships end-to-end—from onboarding to ongoing performance reviews... guiding them with expert advice and personalized strategy.
About the Role
You’ll own a portfolio of accounts (100 ) and serve as the key point of contact for clients. You’ll help set marketing goals, monitor KPIs, interpret performance data, and align strategies to client revenue and growth objectives. You’ll connect the dots between our services: website, SEO, PPC, local search, e-blasts, and more, to deliver a cohesive, ROI-driven experience.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Client Leadership
- Own the full lifecycle for your assigned client accounts.
- Guide onboarding, align on goals, and proactively plan milestones that tie marketing to business outcomes.
- Build strong relationships that foster trust, transparency, and growth.
Performance Coaching Marketing Strategy
- Hold regular video calls with clients to review reports, coach them through best practices, and align on strategy.
- Translate data into actionable insights that drive patient acquisition and ROI.
- Troubleshoot challenges, identify opportunities, and keep marketing efforts on track.
Retention, Expansion, and Advocacy
- Monitor account health and KPIs to proactively flag risks or plateaus.
- Lead renewal conversations, uncover upsell opportunities, and encourage client referrals and testimonials.
- Keep internal teams aligned and ensure timely delivery of projects and performance updates.
What You Bring
Must-Have:
- 3 years of experience in client success, account management, or digital marketing consulting—ideally within a marketing agency or SaaS environment.
- Experience working with small-to-medium businesses and tying strategy to revenue growth.
- Strong communication skills: clear, confident, and client-centric.
- Ability to manage a high volume of accounts (150–250), balancing calls, updates, and proactive outreach.
- Familiarity with local SEO, PPC (Google Ads), and content marketing.
- Comfort using tools like ChatGPT to streamline tasks and improve client value.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in the aesthetic, healthcare, or professional services industries.
- Hands-on use of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and ad platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Compensation & Perks
- Base Salary: $45,000–$65,000 (DOE)
