Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Behavior Technician at Go Behavioral. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with children on the autism spectrum or with developmental disabilities to implement behavior intervention plans. Your day-to-day tasks may include providing direct support, collecting data, and conducting assessments. You will work as part of a collaborative team to ensure the well-being and progress of each child.
Qualifications
- An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred, or an equivalent experience in working with children
- Experience in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum or developmental disabilities
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of behavioral intervention techniques
- Understanding of psychology principles
- Patience and empathy
- Ability to work effectively in a team
