Go Graphix is the regional leader in the design, production and installation of specialty graphics and signs. We focus on architectural graphics and films, vehicle wraps and custom dimensional and digital signs. We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative / Project Coordinator with a passion and appreciation for branding, design and transforming any surface into “art,” an advertisement or a marketing communications piece. Most of all, we’re looking for a great team player with a great attitude and energy, who’s sharp and caring, and who goes the extra mile for customers and colleagues alike.
This is a perfect position for a skilled customer service representative looking for a change into an exciting and rewarding field, a graphic designer with strong people-skills in need of a full-time position, or a CSR who wants to learn the business and develop into a Project Management or Operations role.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform as primary contact between customers, Sales and Design, Production and Installation departments
- Provide support to customers, monitoring status of orders from planning through production, quality control and, finally, delivery and invoicing
- Keep assigned projects on track
- Provide internal administrative support where needed
Required Skills:
- Ability to work independently with strong customer, colleague and vendor follow up.
- Strong prioritization (time management) & organizational skills, high level of ability to multi-task & meet deadlines; Can’t fear being “professionally” demanding when necessary
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal; Ability to write emails in proper and professional manner
- Basic computer software knowledge (MS Office) and ability to quickly learn new programs
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 to $22.00 /hour

Education / Experience:
- High school graduate / Some college
- College degree preferred
- Customer service or related field interacting closely with customers: 1 year (Preferred)
