About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, and break rooms.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a pristine environment.
- Sanitize high-touch surfaces to ensure safety and hygiene.
- Restock supplies and report any maintenance issues to management.
- Follow cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety protocols and use eco-friendly cleaning products.
- Work independently and manage time effectively during shifts.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services preferred.
- Ability to work evenings from 5 PM for 5-6 hours daily.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols is a plus.
- Must pass a background check prior to employment.
