Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead club staff, creating a positive team environment.
- Manage daily operations including scheduling, shift management, employee orientation and retention.
- Oversee community involvement and build local relationships.
- Engage in marketing/sales activities to enhance member experience and drive club revenue.
- Interview potential staff members to build a skilled and motivated team.
- Develop strategies to improve member satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role with leading people is preferred.
- Strong skills with social media will be helpful that is used for marketing.
- Excellent time management abilities with a focus on prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Ability to manage shifts effectively while maintaining high standards of service.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Experience in the fitness industry is highly desirable.
