As we expand, we’re looking for a driven and experienced Roofing Manager to lead sales efforts, recruit and manage a roofing team, and grow territory revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a large regional territory
- Sell and close roofing deals (insurance & retail)
- Canvas and prospect new customers
- Recruit, hire, and train roofing reps
- Lead by example in the field
- Oversee team performance and support rep development
- Handle customer follow-ups and ensure job quality

Qualifications
- Roofing, construction, or home improvement experience preferred
- Management or team leadership background a plus
- Must be comfortable with door-to-door and in-home selling

- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
