HVAC Service Technician Key Responsibilities (partial list):
- Create turnover opportunities for the sales department
- Identify the appropriate way to satisfy our customer's needs
- Cross promote all products sold by the business
- Inspect all plumbing systems to identify preventative maintenance, repair and replacement opportunities
- Ensure all appropriate tests are performed and documented during maintenance
- Ability to manage time and remain organized

Requirements
HVAC Service Technician Requirements:
- 2 years of HVAC Technician experience- residential preferred
- 1 year of customer service experience
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
- OSHA 10 Construction and Safety (preferred)
- Proven ability to work within a team environment and be committed to professional growth
- ·Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems.
- Ability to lift more than 50 lbs. and bend, stoop, stand, and crawl for prolonged periods
- Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures and small spaces
- Must have a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record
- Must be over 18

- Ability to pass a background check
