RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Order, receive, issue, secure, and maintain inventory of all parts in accordance with FAA regulations.
- Confirm shipping details, track the arrival of parts, and communicate updates to management and vendors.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure parts accountability.
- Prepare and forecast inventory needs, and requisition stock as necessary.
- Assemble inventory packages for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
- Generate daily reports for all incoming and outgoing parts, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED). College Degree Preferred!
- One year related experience preferred.
- Computer proficient in MS office and general internet applications.
- Ability to work well without supervision.
- Ability to be certified in the handling of hazardous materials.
- Ability to qualify for Airport SIDA badge.
- Must possess good oral and written communications skills and problem solving skills.
- Possess a valid state driver's license and if position requires use of company vehicle(s), must be insurable under company insurance coverage.
- Ability to work occasional odd hours, including some evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED). College Degree Preferred!
