Gold Coast Cadillac is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Swap Driver to support our dealership operations by transporting vehicles between dealership locations and partner facilities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys driving, works well independently, and takes pride in representing a luxury automotive brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport new and pre-owned vehicles between dealerships, auctions, service centers, and vendors
- Perform vehicle swaps with other dealerships as directed
- Ensure vehicles are delivered safely, on time, and in excellent condition
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections before and after transport
- Maintain accurate trip logs and required paperwork
- Follow all traffic laws and dealership safety policies
- Represent Gold Coast Cadillac professionally at all times
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
- Prior driving or dealership experience a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, and drive for extended periods
- Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs if needed
