Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel
Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and budget goals
Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation
Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams
Conduct site inspections and resolve issues or delays promptly
Prepare progress reports, cost reports, and project updates for stakeholders
Ensure proper project closeout, including final inspections and documentation
