About the role
Goldbelly is looking for an analytical, entrepreneurial Paid Social Manager to lead all of our strategy and paid marketing efforts across Meta, TikTok, and more! Collaborating closely with creative, data and other paid & organic marketing teams, the Paid Social Manager will play a leading role in unlocking more efficient performance and scaling new & existing paid channels to help Goldbelly introduce more customers to our industry-leading platform.

What you'll do :
- Manage all of Goldbelly's paid social advertising campaigns on Meta & TikTok, accountable for developing growth strategies, building & optimizing campaigns, tracking & reporting KPIs, and digging into creative & customer data to uncover more opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with a wide range of internal teams, stakeholders and leadership to ensure our campaigns are optimized towards Goldbelly's business goals
- Work closely with Goldbelly's internal creative team and external content creators & influencers to develop and test winning ad creatives
- Stay informed on the company and channel KPI pacing to improve the execution of paid ad campaigns, and ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance in collaboration with internal team and external measurement partners, provide the wider team and stakeholders with regular updates and insights
- Leverage sophisticated attribution & data models to make recommendations on paid social budgets, CAC targets and campaign goals
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to deliver strategic improvements to planned activity
- Maintain strong relationships with our advertising platform representatives for consistent support and to ensure Goldbelly stays ahead of the curve on advertising strategies
