What are the responsibilities and job description for the Buffet Attendant position at Golden Eagle Casino?
Summary:
- Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the buffet line to provide a quality dining experience for our guests
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- To know food quality standards and the menu manuals
- To practice teamwork among kitchen staff and other departments
- To meet or exceed the restaurant’s sanitation standard
- To consistently monitor the buffet area, keeping it stocked and cleaned
- To ensure that floor and buffet area is free of debris and wiped down
- To clean buffet stainless steel pans of any food or burn spots
- To ensure that the buffet, walls, and carts are cleaned and sanitized
- To polish stainless steel and clean glass
- To learn and use proper meat carving techniques
- To attend all meetings and/or training sessions, All meetings and training sessions are considered mandatory.
- To perform other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience:
- GED or High School Diploma preferred, but not required
