Responsibilities:
Customer Service:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product information, recommendations, and answer customer inquiries.
Ensure a positive and personalized shopping experience for each customer.
Sales and Product Knowledge:Actively engage in product knowledge training to stay informed about our extensive range of gourmet olive oils, vinegars, and related products.
Effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of our products to customers.
Meet or exceed sales goals through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Store Maintenance:Keep the retail space clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Restock shelves, arrange displays, and monitor inventory levels.
Ensure accurate pricing and proper signage throughout the store.
Cash Handling:Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment securely.
Balance cash register at the end of each shift.
Team Collaboration:Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve overall store objectives.
Communicate effectively with other team members and management.
Assist in additional tasks as needed, such as receiving shipments and restocking inventory.
Qualifications:
