About the Role
Our sales account manager will work as an ambassador for Golden Limousine and is responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with our customer base within their assigned territory and upselling/expanding services within the organization. In keeping with the highest level of professionalism, you will be responsible for delivering stated revenue and profit goals to the company.
In this role, you will:
● Promote and sell services through various selling techniques to meet and exceed corporate sales revenue topics● Provide customers with pricing quotations, service details and any additional information as appropriate
● Travel within sales territory to meet current customers and prospect for new customers
● Conduct meetings both face to face and via phone calls on a daily basis
● Maintain CRM system daily
● Build and maintain relationships with current and new customers
● Maintain records for all sales leads, customer accounts, and activity
● Manage and own the relationship between the customer and Golden Limousine for sales orders, RFQ’s, RA’s, new requests, etc.
● Monitor industry competitors, new product and market conditions to understand and communicate Golden Limousine’s value proposition
● Work closely with the entire sales and marketing team to ensure we build a cohesive brand image and that they are in line with our overall corporate values and industry requirements
● Work with others within the sales and customer service teams to create a cohesive team environment. Cross-train and collaborate as necessary
● Submit required reports as assigned by supervisor/manager
About You
The ideal candidate for this role is an outstanding communicator and team player. You have a strong background in sales and are exceptional at building and maintaining key relationships.
