We are seeking a Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. **Responsibilities:**
- Set up and operate embroidery machines, ensuring correct materials, threads, and designs are used.
- Interpret work orders, job specifications, and designs to produce embroidered products meeting quality standards.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, oiling, and troubleshooting minor issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor machine operations to detect defects or malfunctions and make adjustments as necessary.
- Thread machines, change needles, and perform necessary adjustments for different fabrics and designs.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage of materials and tools.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
**Requirements:**
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, designs, and job specifications accurately.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality work.
- Knowledge of different fabrics and threads and their compatibility with embroidery machines.
