ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
- Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
- Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
- Responsible for dealing assigned game in accordance with Casino Control Commission / Division of Gaming Enforcement regulations and procedures.
- Promotes positive guest relations using cordial conversation as related to assigned games.
- Performs any other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
Must possess a certificate of completion from an accredited New Jersey dealer’s school or equivalent. Either dealing experience or that experience acquired in dealers’ school. Experience working with general public helpful.
