Lead Revenue Audit Clerk

Overview

Responsible for accurate and timely reporting of audit reports. Preparation and system entry of journal entries including cage, table games, slots, hotel and food & beverage. Reconciles accounts on a regular basis. Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies, and procedures.

• Complete daily audits assigned in accordance with regulations and company policy/guidelines.
• Additional audit tasks as needed.
• Investigate and resolve accounting variations.
• Preparing and entering daily, monthly and quarterly journal entries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Monthly verification of proper accounting of revenue.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED. Some college courses in accounting or in a related field is preferred
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Beginner / Intermediate personal computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to operate a 10 key calculator by touch or sight
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-intensity environment
• Strong mathematical and communication skills
• Critical thinking
• On the job training provided
• Must be able to obtain Nevada gaming card
• Minimum age requirement is 21

USD $17.00 - USD $19.00 /Hr.
