Location : Richfield, WI (30 minutes from Milwaukee and Waukesha)

We're Looking For An : Inventory Control Material Handler

Location : Richfield, WI

Shift : 2nd (2pm - 10 : 30pm)

What You'll Be Doing :

• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in combos / vats according to predetermined sequence
• Cycle Count warehouse and freezer locations daily-reconcile inventory variances
• Fill requisitions, work orders or requests for materials and distribute to production areas
• Record amount of materials or items received or distributed
• Operate forklift and automation system to move product throughout the manufacturing plant, including moving raw material to production floor and finished goods to packaged storage
• Clean and maintain equipment, tooling and workspace area
• Protect employees and company safety and security through reporting and stopping occurrences such as damage to product and / or property, theft, product tampering and questionable behavior
• Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications (Note : These are preferred and not required. We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't tick ALL of these boxes.) :

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Forklift certification (preferred)
• Prior material handling experience and experience operating powered industrial vehicles
• Constant walking, standing, bending and stooping and bending
• Frequent lifting of items up to 20 pounds
• Ability to work in an environment with cold temperatures and a wet environment
• Strong teamwork mentality and eager to work in a team environment
