What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vault Clerk position at Golden Route Operations, LLC?
Summary:
Responsible for handling paperwork and ensuring accuracy of vault transactions.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Maintains an accurate account of company funds and accounts for the check-in and issuance of route banks.
- Safeguards the assets of the company.
- Ensure the accuracy of check-in /check-out, and issuance of cash bankrolls.
- Counting and reporting of all bankrolls and drops.
- Preparation of daily bank deposits.
- Investigate variances.
- Ensures all money handling equipment is operating efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Six (6) months minimum cash handling experience in a gaming or banking environment.
- Must possess excellent communication and organization skills.
- Must be computer literate, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to functionally communicate occupational-based English, both written and verbal.
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
- Verify right to work in the United States

Physical Requirements:
- Occasionally lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 30 lbs. at floor, knee, and waist levels.
- Constant use of hearing and vision, sitting, distinguishing between shades of color, and using tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity
