Key Responsibilities:

What We’re Looking For:
- A licensed Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of two years in primary care (more experience is a plus).
- Exceptional bedside manner, deep knowledge of primary care, and a personable nature.
- Ability to build strong bonds with patients and their families, providing thorough explanations and compassionate care.
- A team player who is responsive, responsible, and has a strong work ethic.
- Someone who is driven to continuously improve, both medically and professionally.
- Palliative Care is a plus!
Working Hours and Flexibility:
- Enjoy a flexible schedule with hours typically between 8 to 5 or 9 to 6.
- Adjust your work hours as needed to meet the overall average of 40 hours per week.
- While there is no formal on-call requirement, be prepared to address occasional urgent messages about your patients.
