WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Our Facilities Maintenance Technicians performs preventative maintenance, making minor repairs, and assisting external personnel and vendors as needed.
Location, Schedule Availability & Salary Information
- South Ogden, Utah
- Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, some weekends and nights, as needed.
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Guaranteed Base Wage Bonus Incentive
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate building equipment and utilities systems to maintain proper heat, cooling, power, plumbing, etc.
- Perform minor building and furniture modifications or repairs involving carpentry, painting, wiring, and overhauling.
- Manage and oversee several vendors that perform tasks and preventative maintenance at various locations.
- Be proactive in finding and fixing facility problems as well as unsightly interior and exterior blemishes.
- Assist in or fix occasional emergency issues that occur during off hours.
- Provide excellent service to internal and external members.
- Comply with all regulations as required by law.
- Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.
Experience, Education & Certification
- High school diploma required
- 3 – 5 years of related maintenance experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
