Swim Instructors and Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring the success of swim lessons by:
- Teaching 4 swimmers per class by going through a well-established and proven curriculum of water safety, swim and swimplay skills (6 swimmers in our infant, parent-and-me style lessons). Each lesson lasts 30 minutes and is followed by the next lesson consecutively for a 4-hour shift.
- Communicating progress and celebrating accomplishments with parents and caregivers at the end of class
- Lifeguarding and supervising lessons as requested or needed
- Shallow-water ELLIS Lifeguard Certification is required and offered throughout the year.
Salary : $12 - $16
