Primary Responsibilities:
- Keep swimmers safe with lifeguard supervision
- Coach swim instructors to provide extraordinary lessons
- Oversee the aquatics systems
- Uphold the Aquatics Values and Standards
- Ensure student progress and satisfaction
Job Qualifications and Skills:
- Ability to work with children
- Reputable leadership and supervising experience
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High energy
- Must pass background examinations prior to training

Pay: $18.50 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

- Aquatics: 1 year (Required)

- Springfield, NJ 07081: Relocate before starting work (Required)
