Your Role
You will:
- Handle divorce, custody, support, and related family law matters
- Manage your own caseload with strong administrative and legal support
- Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement documents
- Represent clients in hearings, negotiations, and filings
- Communicate with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
- Work remotely while maintaining deadlines and court obligations
The Ideal Candidate
You bring:
- Active Michigan Bar admission (required)
- 1 year of family law experience as a practicing attorney (required)
- Strong legal writing, advocacy, and client-management skills
- Comfort working in a remote environment with structured systems
- Michigan residency (or ability to attend Michigan courts as required)
