Overview
JC Frozen Food Inc Ice Cream Division is currently seeking an experienced Merchandiser (1099) to join our team. JC Frozen Foods INC has an available position for our North Charlotte, Concord route and surrounding area routes. Hours range 25-30. Pay $18 per hour PLUS Company vehicle provided!!! We also provide all Gas and maintenance. MUST Reside near N Charlotte OR County North of Charlotte. Concord, Kannapolis, Salisbury, Spencer areas.

*MUST** After resume review, you must provide a copy of an updated MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) to be hired. You will be using a company vehicle and cannot be hired without this report to verify your driving record. We can send you a link to get this on-line from the DMV. The DMV charges $10-$12 fee for this service. You Must HAVE A CLEAN MVR FOR THE PAST 5 YEARS! This is REQUIRED.

This is a fast-paced environment, and our Merchandiser is responsible for cleaning and scrapping freezers, rotating products inside the freezer and placing POS materials. This is generally a weekday position, but there will be some rare summer weeks where working on Saturday may be needed. This is an hourly pay position of $18.00 with opportunities to make commission on obtaining new customers. This position is a 1099 contractor that works independently in the field, which means that YOU are your OWN employee!!!

Paid Training Provided:
Clean all company owned freezers placed at customer stores
Fill out surveys and take pictures of visits before and after cleaning and rotation
The right candidate will have:

· Clean driving record (no exceptions) last 5 years

Schedule: Week Day Shift some Saturdays in summer

Duties:

-Clean and scrape freezers-Work Fast!
- Organize and arrange merchandise displays to attract customers
- Ensure products are properly stocked and labeled
- Create appealing and eye-catching displays
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with our area manager

Qualifications:

-Physical endurance to bend , stoop, and scrape freezers
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, colleagues
- POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions - training provided
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
