Compensation : This role receives a base hourly rate.
Base Compensation Range : $17.00-$20.00 / hr
Location : GOLFTEC Alpharetta
Position Summary :
As a Player Assistant, you will serve as the first point of contact with students both in person and over the phone. We are looking for those who are passionate about the game of golf and enjoy providing best-in-class customer service. This is an ideal role for those looking to enter the golf industry while learning and developing new skills in a team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Welcome students and prospective clients as soon as they arrive at the Training Center
Manage the schedule book for the GOLFTEC Center by guiding students to the proper location for their appointments
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls, assisting with booking golf lessons, club fittings, and practice sessions
Provide basic and accurate information of GOLFTEC's services and proprietary technology in-person, over the phone, and via email
Work closely with the GOLFTEC Training Center team to provide technical and administrative support
Maintain professional presentation of the GOLFTEC Training Center
Uphold GOLFTEC's core values of Fun, Integrity, Improvement, and Team.
Requirements
1 years of experience in a customer service or administrative environment required
A passion for golf or experience in a golf related position is a plus!
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Collaborate in a professional, team-based environment
Time management and prioritization of multiple tasks
Ability to stand, bend, kneel or crouch for extended periods and lift items weighing more than 30 pounds
