Well established, fast-paced law firm seeking experienced bookkeeper to work part-time. Primary responsibilities include documenting customer deposits, paying bills, running payroll, submitting all government forms, and using various computer software, such as Gmail, Google Calendars, Excel, Word, Clio, and Quickbooks. We would be happy to train a dependable and enthusiastic candidate.
Required Qualifications/ Skills:
- Works well in a team environment.
- Dependable, responsible, reliable, and honest.
- Detail-oriented, organized, with an ability to prepare Excel spreadsheets.
- Strong focus on time management and deadlines.
- Able to interact with clients and vendors.
- Able to be flexible with priorities and job tasks.
- Able to work with confidential information.
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Quickbooks.
- Experience with payroll and related reports, AP and AR.
- Experience with Microsoft software (e.g., Word, Excel).
- Experience with Clio a plus.
