What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Representative position at GoNetspeed?
Inside Sales Representatives (ISR) at GoNetspeed are the driving force behind the growth necessary for future success. Our goal is to be a trusted partner in fulfilling our customers internet needs by making recommendations as part of our consultative sales model. As an ISR at GoNetspeed you will be working with potential customers through inbound and outbound sales efforts. ISR’s will be available in the queue to answer incoming calls for people interested in setting up service with GoNetspeed. Outbound calls will be performed utilizing leads from submitted forms of interest on the website, follow up on current customer referrals, follow up on installations that need to be rescheduled (customer save opportunities), and cold calling to people in areas where service is becoming available. This role's hours are Monday -Friday 11:30 AM-8:00 PM

Minimum Requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Strong written and oral communication skills, experience in customer relations, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
· Previous sales experience a plus
Compensation:
· Compensation is a mix of guaranteed salary and uncapped commissions. Total target compensation of $50,000 to $54,000.
