What you'll do:

• Prepare and serve a variety of boba tea and other beverages with precision and care.
• Provide excellent customer service, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including equipment and dining areas.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a food service or barista role is a plus, but not required – we're happy to train the right person!
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• A passion for boba tea is a big bonus!
