Gonzales Healthcare Systems has an immediate opening for the position of OB/RN (L&D) for the 7pm to 7am shift. As an associate of Gonzales Healthcare Systems, you will have the opportunity to provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. The RN will:
- Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
- Assesses and coordinates patient’s discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
