We are currently seeking a Civil Site Engineer to help serve our connection of clients and community. Your Primary Responsibilities will include

• Collaborate with project teams to develop site plans and designs for various civil engineering projects.


• Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to assess project requirements.


• Design grading plans, stormwater management systems, and drainage solutions.


• Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.


• Conduct and review land surveys to inform site design and construction.


• Assist in the layout and staking of construction elements on-site.


• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and goals.


• Provide updates on project progress and address client concerns.


• Implement quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of project deliverables.


• Conduct inspections to verify compliance with design specifications.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Must also have obtained your Professional Engineering certification.


• Minimum of 4 years of experience in civil site engineering.


• Proficient in relevant engineering software and tools, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and modeling software


• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences


• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work effectively in a team-oriented environment


• Experience with site design within commercial projects
