What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Labor position at Gonzalez Contract Services?
$21.00 Must be able to work all three shifts.
90 day contract to hire.
Benefits once direct.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
Will handle all of the maintenance and various upkeep for the tunnel between Detroit and Windsor.
- Experience using basic tools.
- They will do various manual labor jobs such as painting, basic maintenance, fixing pot holes, etc.
- Looking for a building maintenance or construction background would probably be the best fit.
- These roles will be on 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift and could change throughout their employment.
Once going direct, will have access to benefits and eligibility to join a union.
The tunnel has 3 shifts, 7-3, 3-11 and 11-7
