A Day in the Life:
- Maintain quality standards, product assortment standards, and product levels for all shelves and produce coolers, in the produce department, including all fruits, vegetables, salads, and grab-and-go products.
- Execute quality control and ensure the freshness of all products in the produce department.
- Ensure the produce department is cleaned and sanitized daily and meets the company standards for appearance.
- Manage overall department profitability, including minimizing shrink and maximizing effective purchasing.
- Create and maintain an inviting, full, and shoppable department.
- Provide excellent customer experience.
- Complete daily tasks that include standing for long periods of time, as well as repetitive lifting and bending.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Perform other duties throughout the store as assigned or needed.
Availability and Compensation:
- Part-time, Monday - Friday morning/afternoon availability and ability to work any time on Saturdays
- $12 - $14/hour, DOE
