Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate security staff to ensure comprehensive site coverage and adherence to security protocols
- Oversee surveillance operations utilizing CCTV systems to monitor activity and identify potential threats or breaches
- Implement and manage loss prevention strategies to minimize theft, vandalism, and other security risks
- Conduct regular site inspections, including visual patrols and fence checks, to verify safety measures are in place and functioning correctly
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed
- Enforce access control procedures for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
- Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security records for accountability and compliance purposes
Experience
- Proven experience in security management or law enforcement roles with a strong understanding of surveillance systems such as CCTV
- Knowledge of conflict management techniques and conflict resolution strategies
- Certified in first aid and CPR, with additional certifications in law enforcement or military service considered advantageous
- Familiarity with loss prevention practices and security protocols within large-scale facilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism
- Prior experience in managing emergency response procedures and conducting site risk assessments
