Landscape Maintenance Account Manager

Start Date : ASAP

Compensation : $74,000.00–$76,000.00

Job Description :

The Landscape Maintenance Account Manager will oversee three landscape maintenance crews, each consisting of three employees, to provide year-round landscape maintenance services for 50–60 clients, including commercial, high-end residential, and HOA properties.

Responsibilities :

• Address clients’ landscaping needs responsively and proactively.
• Train employees on safety practices to ensure a safe work environment.
• Maintain clients' properties with the greenest grass, healthiest plants, and most beautiful landscapes.
• Efficiently manage and run 50–60 maintenance routes to ensure profitability.
• Train and develop crew members to increase their landscaping knowledge.
• Collaborate with other Account Managers to ensure quality and consistency across projects.
• Track and analyze data on contract performance to improve efficiency and bid accuracy.
• Care for and respect company property, including vehicles, equipment, and worksites.
