Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available.
- Utilize phone systems to manage reservations and respond to guest calls promptly.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist in managing billing processes and payment transactions securely.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with hotel management software or front desk operations is advantageous.
- Strong phone etiquette and proficiency in handling phone systems effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
