What are the responsibilities and job description for the Evening Maintenance Worker position at Good Shepherd Communities?
Position Details:
Full Time
Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:30pm
On-call 1 week per month
Must have a valid Driver’s License
The Evening Maintenance position will primarily perform janitorial tasks.
Essential Job Functions
- Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning restrooms, offices, and common areas.
- Shampoos the dining room
- Garbage collection
- Basic maintenance repairs and trouble-shooting
- Security rounds
- Strip and wax floors; operate floor cleaning equipment.
- On Call 1 week per month
- Plowing, shoveling snow
- Will follow all personnel policies and be an active team player, relating well to both genders and especially to the elderly and disabled. Common courtesy is always expected.
