Position Details Day shift. Monday - Friday, One (1) weekend shift required per month. Occasional emergency call

Position Summary
Our Maintenance Worker I position is responsible for providing general maintenance for all campus facilities. Duties include responding to and completing work orders, minor equipment repair, safety inspections, basic electrical work; replacing bulbs, switches, outlets, etc., basic plumbing; toilet vales, sink repair, drain cleaning, etc., basic wall repair, repair holes, spackling, paint & trim work. Additional duties include assisting with some ground maintenance & work as needed; i.e. snow removal. Will maintain safety measures, to include lock out / tag out, fire prevention and maintenance of swimming pool and related equipment.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
Requirements:
Driver's license required
1 year maintenance experience required
